In the small Dutch town of Epe, the Doetmaes men’s choir arose around a group of friends in a pub. The company now has over fifty members who are kept in check by musical director Hetty Vrinds. With a repertoire which consists of Irish classics and standards with the familiar themes of booze, love and the beautiful Irish countryside. They have been to Ireland more than once to gain experience and has thus become more and more of a group of close friends. Doetmaes brings tradition very near.
